FIRST RULE: MAKE CERTAIN THE KNIFE IS FULLY OPEN AND LOCKED!

Peel open foil so that half of the blade is exposed. Grip blade with forceps or needle-nose pliers on top, away from cutting edge.

1. Hold knife handle with blade fitment pointing up.

2. Place blade over tip of handle and engage the blade in the slots.

3. Slide blade down slots until it clicks firmly into position.

If you don’t feel it click at the base, the blade is not completely secure. Start over.
